Award-winning fashion label PREEN by Thornton Bregazzi challenged 30 Central Saint Martins Foundation Fashion Communication students to design multi-platform campaigns in response to their 2016 Spring/Summer collection.
Students formed design teams and were each given a garment to work with over a period of two weeks. The project included workshops with Mark Thomson of graphic design company Studio Thomson, fashion illustrator John Booth and filmmaker Tim Meara. The result was a series of cross-disciplinary campaigns which included films, print media and illustrations.
Justin Thornton, PREEN co-founder, led a critical discussion of the finished work and selected the winning campaign. The winners’ work will be showcased across PREEN’s social media and the three winning students will also be guests at the next PREEN catwalk show. The winning campaign was by Lauren Godfrey-Harris, Julian Dufour and Katja Wimmer.

‘I very impressed by the professional and creative way the students interpreted the brief and the exciting new ideas they brought to our brand. I was thrilled by a few in particular and felt that the standard was very high.’
